F76S Water Filter

High Flow capacity water filter used to remove sediment and debris from residential or commercial water systems.

• Ideally suited for sediment removal applications that would quickly plug and restrict flow of normal filters.
• Used as a prefilter, the F76 protects elements of the water system, including specialized treatment devices or other common fixtures and appliances.
• The flow filtering capacity and ease of cleaning make the F76 ideal for the most demanding applications.
• Built-in secondary filter provides an uninterrupted supply of filtered water during backwashing.
• Accepts optional MV876 Automatic Backwash Control (details below).
• Includes 100 micron screen, union fittings, gauge and service wrench.
• Body is brass, Sump is clear plastic.

MV876 Automatic Backwash Control (for Honeywell F76S Water Filters)

The MV876 Automatic Backwash Control is fitted to the drain valve of the F76S and is programmed by the user to automatically perform the backwash function according to the desired frequency.

• Bayonet fitting and 16 field selectable backwash intervals (from four times a day to once every four months) for the MV876B1018 simplifies upgrade to automatic backwash.
• Connections for external control provide for use in automated systems and differential pressure control.
• Can be turned manually to initiate backwash.
• Battery (4xAA) backup to insure completion of backwash cycle in case of power loss.
• 24Vac, 10 W with digital display, keypad, and 20 second cycle time.
• Includes drain valve.
• Dimensions:  6" H x 2-3/4" W x 6-5/16" D.
