Return Policy                                 

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  To request a RMA number, email us at returns@mvsupply.biz and provide your name, order number and part number(s) of the product(s) you would like to return.  RMA numbers are issued via email within 3 business days and include return shipping instructions.  The product(s) must be returned new (unused, undamaged, in the original, unopened product packaging) within 30 days from the original ship date, see "Unacceptable Returns", below.   Once we receive your shipment, we will issue a refund to your credit card, minus the return fee and shipping/handling cost (if applicable), see below.   Please Note: RMA's will not be issued after 30 days from the original ship date.  

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions, a return and a new purchase.  Once you receive a RMA number (see details above), ship the unwanted product(s) back to MVSupply.  The replacement product(s) may be purchased at anytime, either before or after return is processed.  

A minimum 25% return fee may be applied to all returns.  

Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.  If your order included free standard shipping, the actual shipping/handling cost incurred by MVSupply will be deducted from your refund amount.  

All tools (crimp tools, crimp calipers, tubing cutters, etc.) are non-refundable.  If your tool is defective, we will exchange, or repair it within 30 days of the original ship date, see "Warranty" below.

Electronic products and components are non-refundable.  See "Warranty", below.

Special order, non-stock and custom cut (or sized) products are non-refundable.

 

If we ship the wrong item(s), please accept our apology.  Email us at returns@mvsupply.biz within 3 business days of delivery to request an RMA number and we will reimburse the return shipping cost back to MVSupply and the ship the replacement item(s) at no charge.  After 3 business days from the delivery date, email us at returns@mvsupply.biz to request an RMA number (return shipping is not paid by MVSupply after 3 days from original delivery date).  Please Note: RMA's will not be issued after 30 days from the original ship date.  

 

Unacceptable Returns:

bullet

Products not purchased at MountainView Supply, Inc. (the returned product(s) must be listed on the original invoice).

bullet

Individual products that were purchased as part of a discounted package.

bullet

Partial quantities of packaged products (for example, returning 25 crimp rings from a package of 100.

bullet

Used products, or and product not re-sellable as new (products must be returned unused, undamaged, in the original, unopened product packaging)

bullet

Any product(s) after 30 days from original ship date.

bullet

Any non-stock product(s) purchased via special order.

bullet

Any product purchased as "Clearance", "Discontinued" or "Close-out".

bullet

Tools and electronic products.  See "Warranty", below.

bullet

Orders shipped outside the continental United States.

bullet

Returns without a RMA number.

 

Warranty - We sell high quality products from very reputable manufacturers.  MountainView Supply, Inc. is authorized to coordinate warranty service, repair or replacement for most products purchased at MountainView Supply, Inc.  Warranty returns for some products may be handled directly with the manufacturer or the manufacturer's local authorized distributor or service center.  We will gladly coordinate any warranty issue for any product purchased from MountainView Supply, Inc. however, ALL shipping/handling charges are the customers responsibility. 

Most manufacturers require inspection of the warranted defective product before they will authorize repair or replacement.  If immediate replacement is required (before the product is inspected), one option is to purchase a new product from MountainView Supply, Inc., then return the defective product for inspection.  Upon inspection, if the manufacturer authorizes replacement, MountainView Supply, Inc. will refund the replacement product cost, minus any shipping/handling costs.  For additional information, email us at returns@mvsupply.biz (include your name, order number, part number and a brief description of the warranted defect). 

Please Note:  Shipping/handling charges for warranty service, repair or replacement are NOT included in the original purchase price of any product.
