MVSRLY01 Wiring Instructions

12 AMP pump relay (MVSRLY01) is DPDT.  Connect 120V supply to terminal 1 and 4.  Connect pump to terminal 3 and 6.  Use 12/2 w/ground (min.) for 120V line voltage wiring.  Pump must also be grounded.

Low voltage coil terminals (24V) can be wired for either a HRVC541 Zone Valve Controller or a simple thermostat control circuit.

HRVC541 Zone Valve Controller wiring.  Connect 24V H+ IN to V1 controller terminal and 24V N- IN to V2 controller terminal, 36” 18/2 connector included with MVSRLY01.

Thermostat Control Circuit wiring.  Connect 24V N- IN directly to transformer N-.  Connect 24V H+ IN to thermostat (control switch), then connect thermostat to transformer 24V H+).  Thermostat breaks (or connects) the control voltage (24V) HOT (+) to the relay.

All wiring must comply with the NEC and local electrical codes, if applicable.  All wiring must be preformed by a licensed electrician.
