 | If you decide to keep the rental crimp tool, No Problem... just don't return it, no questions asked. If you do not return the crimp tool, as soon as the total rental charge equals the deposit amount, just keep the tool with no further charges or obligation (we would appreciate letting us know via email, but notification is not required). |

The daily rental charge begins on the original ship date and ends on the return date (the day we receive the returned crimp tool). |
| Total rental charge will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded after tool is returned. |

Deposit required ($110 for 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" crimp tools. $175 for 5/8" and Combo crimp tools, and $200 for 1" crimp tool). |

Rental crimp tools must be returned clean and undamaged in the original packaging to avoid additional charges. Any additional charges for cleaning, repair or repackaging will be deducted from the deposit. |

You MUST use the "CTR" part number when ordering (you cannot purchase a brand new crimp tool, then return it as a rental). |
Example 1
A CTR3 1/2" crimp tool is ordered on November 4th. The crimp tool is shipped on November 6th. Customer receives the crimp tool on Nov. 8th and ships the crimp tool back to MVSupply on Nov. 14th. MVSupply receives the returned crimp tool on November 16th.
The original ship date is Nov. 6th and the return date is Nov. 16th. The rental charge is based on 10 rental days (Nov. 16th - Nov. 6th), so the total rental charge is $16.90 ($1.69 x 10 days). The $16.90 total rental charge will be deducted from the original $105 deposit, so $88.10 ($105 - $16.90) will be refunded to the original credit card used for the deposit.
Example 2
A CTR5 1" crimp tool is ordered on April 1st. The crimp tool is shipped on April 4th. Customer receives the crimp tool on April 9th and ships the crimp tool back to MVSupply on April 14th. MVSupply receives the returned crimp tool on April 19th.
The original ship date is April 4th and the return date is April 19th. The rental charge is based on 15 rental days (April 19th - April 4th), so the total rental charge is $52.35 ($3.49 x 15 days). The $52.35 total rental charge will be deducted from the original $205 deposit, so $152.65 ($205 -$52.35) will be refunded to the original credit card used for the deposit.
