Free Standard Ground shipping on orders over $100, shipped within the lower 48 (limited time offer, rentals excluded). $8.95 Standard Ground shipping/handling charge for orders under $100. In-stock Standard Ground orders usually ship-out within 2 to 5 business days. If you need your order shipped sooner, PRIORITY shipping is available at additional cost, see details below. Low-Stock and special order items may take an additional 2 to 3 weeks to ship. Std Ground orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). Your credit card is authorized and billed at checkout. To avoid shipping delays and additional shipping charges, please double check your shipping address before completing your online order (in-transit address corrections and/or changes, or re-routing will result in additional shipping charges).
PRIORITY Ground shipping is available on most orders (additional cost). PRIORITY Ground shipping is a premium service that provides expedited order processing (PRIORITY Ground orders are processed and shipped before all in-house Std Ground orders). In-stock PRIORITY Ground orders are shipped within 1 business day (usually the same day if your order is placed before Noon eastern, Mon - Thurs). Low-Stock and special order items may take an additional 2 to 4 weeks to ship. If your complete PRIORITY Ground order will take longer than 1 business day to ship-out, we will split-ship the in-stock items in your order and ship the remainder of your order as soon as we receive the back-ordered item(s). PRIORITY Ground orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). Your credit card is authorized and billed at checkout. Overnite and 2 DAY Air shipping is available for most in-stock orders, however the online shipping rates may be incorrect for some oversize products (dimensional weight rules apply to oversize shipments). We recommend contacting us prior to completing your online order to verify the shipping rate and availability for all air shipments. If you select Overnite or 2DAY Air, your in-stock order will be shipped within 1 business day (usually the same day if your order is placed before Noon eastern, Mon thru Thurs). Air Ship orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). Saturday, Sunday and/or holiday delivery is NOT available. If your Air Ship order requires a split-shipment, the backordered products will ship via Standard Ground. Your credit card is authorized and billed at checkout. To avoid shipping delays and additional shipping charges, please double check your shipping address before completing your online order (in-transit address corrections and/or changes, or re-routing will result in additional shipping charges).
Split-Shipments - We ship complete Standard Ground orders in one shipment. If part of your order is out-of-stock, we will hold your order until we can ship the complete order. If you would like to request a split-shipment, email us at cs@mvsupply.biz and we will calculate the additional shipping charge and email you for payment authorization. To expedite orders containing out-of-stock or special order items, we recommend placing two orders, one for the in-stock items and a separate order for out-of-stock or special order items.
Orders are shipped via UPS, Common Carrier (LTL Freight) or United States Postal Service.
Please Note: Some large tubing shipments may be shipped via LTL truck freight (common carrier) which will require unloading at the final delivery destination (customers are responsible for unloading LTL truck freight shipments).
Delivery Time - In-stock Std Ground orders usually ship-out within 2 to 5 business days. In-stock PRIORITY orders usually ship-out within 1 business day. All in-stock orders ship from West Virginia. For total delivery time, add shipping transit time: Transit time to West Virginia is usually 1 business day, the South coast, East coast and Mid-America is usually 2 to 3 business days... West coast, usually 4 to 6 business days. If you provide your email address, you will receive a tracking email when your order ships.
Special orders for non-stock items are authorized and billed at checkout. Special orders are non-refundable and usually require an additional 2 to 3 weeks to ship-out.
Packages are shipped in perfect condition. Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. .If you receive a damaged package, concealed or otherwise (or an incorrect package), note the issue on the delivery slip (if applicable) and notify the shipper for a damage claim. Then, email us with the details (cs@mvsupply.biz) and we will initiate a damage claim with the shipping company. If any items are missing from your shipment, contact us immediately at cs@mvsupply.biz to file a shipping shortage claim. Then, fax us a copy of the packing slip (included with your order) with the missing items noted on the packing list. Save all boxes and packing material for. Shipping shortage claims must be within (3) days of the delivery date. If you require immediate replacement for the lost or damaged products, just purchase them at our online store.
Sales tax is billed for all orders shipped to West Virginia. Buyers in other states agree that they are responsible for any applicable state and local taxes. For more information, contact your local taxing authority and/or your Secretary of State.
Alaska/Hawaii - PLEASE NOTE: Std Ground is NOT available for shipments to AK and HI. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air or PRIORITY Ground (via USPS). The Online Store shipping software calculates shipping cost based on actual weight, not dimensional weight, therefore the online shipping cost for some oversize packages (mainly tubing coils) shipped to AK and HI is not correct. After your order is processed, we will notify you if an additional shipping charge is required.
Canadian and International Customers - For export broker orders, please submit your international order directly to your U.S. export broker for forwarding to us. Your export broker must be located within the continental U.S. Payment in US funds is required prior to shipping. Payment may be made by a U.S. certified check or direct wire transfer.
